By accessing and using Acadcy (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Acadcy provides online academic resources, including but not limited to study notes, video lessons, past questions, and mock examinations for various Nigerian examination programs (e.g., JUPEB, JAMB, WAEC, NECO). The service is available through free and premium subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Platform.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Platform and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Acadcy and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Acadcy.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform without prior written consent.

5. Premium Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Premium"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually).

Your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Acadcy cancels it. You may cancel your subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

While we strive for accuracy in our educational materials, Acadcy does not warrant that a) the Platform will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Platform will meet your requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Acadcy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; and (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
